I suggest fiddling with STRG and the +/- keys until the scrollbar disappears and it looks about right. Should run on Android, too.

Disclaimer: I don't know html, so I patched everything together with what Ramus provides, googling and by referencing vividgrim's very good game i am a wheel with three thousand arms and i have never been more alone  for text and image placement (which is also the game that inspired me to use Ramus and finally get this game made.)
